Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Holmdel, NJ, is seeking a Financial Analyst II to advance data analytics, financial modeling, and strategic reporting. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across P&L, working capital, backlog, and more.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial analysis, plus proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CoPilot, and ERP systems. You will deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and help improve processes and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis in a data-driven or tech-enabled environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CoPilot, and ERP systems (BST, Deltek, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, CoPilot for leadership insights.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and shareholder materials explaining financial outcomes.
• Support acquisition analysis, due diligence, and ROI scenario development.
• Help streamline workflows and improve data governance and reporting accuracy.
