Job summary

CPG is seeking a Financial Analyst II to bridge NetSuite, DataRails, and finance data for timely reporting and insights. The role sits in the Finance department and reports to the Director/VP of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development.

Responsibilities include managing the DataRails environment, building dashboards, and developing budgeting templates and forecasting models to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional work experience.
• 2-3 years of DataRails experience; 1-2 years of business analytics experience acceptable.
• Strong excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor integrations between NetSuite, DataRails, HRIS, and other systems of record for accurate data availability.
• Manage and maintain the DataRails environment, including mappings, datasets, templates, dashboards, and recurring reporting structures.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain budgeting templates, forecasting models, and scenario planning tools.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis using Excel, DataRails, and other reporting tools.
