Job summary

Qualifications

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, cost drivers, and revenue patterns.
• Develop and maintain multi-year financial projection models, including testing assumptions and scenario analysis.
• Monitor procurement and contract activity for budget alignment and adherence to purchasing rules.
• Assist departments with Workday system navigation, troubleshooting, and workflow corrections.
• Support year-end closing activities, including accruals, audit schedules, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, cost drivers, and revenue patterns.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and providing recommendations on departmental budget requests.
• Developing and maintaining multi-year financial projection models, including testing assumptions, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis, and interpreting results to inform departmental financial decisions.
• Supporting financial projects such as bond issuances, fee studies, continuing disclosure reports, development impact fees report.
• Monitoring procurement and contract activity for budget alignment and adherence to purchasing rules.
• Assisting departments with Workday system navigation, troubleshooting, and workflow corrections.
• Supporting year-end closing activities, including accruals, audit schedules, and financial statement preparation.
