Job summary

Integrated Finance and Accounting Solutions (IFAS) seeks a qualified finance professional to support DWCF programs with transactional and administrative finance tasks. The role includes funding package preparation, data validation in DISA systems, and maintaining spend plans under senior analyst direction.

Candidates should have experience in financial management within the Department of War, strong Excel analysis skills, and knowledge of DoW budgeting processes and fiscal law.

Qualifications

• Experience providing financial management support within the Department of War, including production and QA of financial packages, briefings, and reports.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile Excel workbooks from enterprise financial systems.
• Knowledge of DoW PPBE, DoW Program Objective Memorandum, Fiscal Law.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional and administrative finance support for DWCF programs.
• Enter and validate financial data in DISA systems (e.g., FAMIS, Financial Dashboard).
• Update and maintain spend plans and monitor burn rates and ULOs.
• Reconcile funds and assist with funding packages to meet OSD obligations.
