Job summary

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex financial documents such as system reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills to communicate with all levels of management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and resolve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper approvals processing.
• Control expenditures according to department guidelines.
• Prepare and monitor department budget in consultation with department director.
• Identify budget and expenditure variances and resolve problems.
• Ensure accounts are within budget and follow guidelines.
• Oversee payroll processing and maintain personnel files.
