Job summary

Intermountain Health in Logan, Utah is seeking a Financial Analyst I to support budgeting, strategic planning, variance reporting, and ad-hoc analyses that inform financial planning and leadership decisions across the organization.

You will develop and interpret routine to moderately complex data from internal sources, produce reports and dashboards, and assist with cost reduction and process improvements, under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business field preferred; education verified.
• Two years of professional experience in financial analysis preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, strategic planning, variance reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Prepare financial analysis, variance reports, and ad hoc reports.
• Develop quantitative reports using internal data to analyze clinical and operational issues.
• Coordinate preparation and review of financial analysis and forecasts.
• Collect data from Intermountain Healthcare sources and support data processes.
