Due to team location, we need candidates to be in EST or CST.

The Finance Business Partner team is responsible for providing value and structure to the company’s ongoing and long-term financial strategy by providing leadership with the right information and insights to produce well-informed business decisions. While collaborating directly with all company functions, we serve as a catalyst across the organization to help execute the company’s financial objectives. The Finance Business Partner team fits within the FP&A structure of the company and works closely with multiple departments within finance but also other departments like sales & professional services, legal, order management, etc.

As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a global business function. This highly visible role partners closely with finance and business leadership to provide real-time financial insights, ensuring alignment with corporate and functional short- and long-term objectives. You will focus on managing financial data, maintaining forecasts, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to budgets and company policies. Your work will support leadership in executing both short and long-term business strategies by providing meaningful financial aspects and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Finance and business management as a trusted advisor, providing financial analysis and strategic insights for a business unit.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational forecast data, tracking key changes and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business performance drivers, staying informed on key initiatives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for bookings, billings, and revenue.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business and sales teams, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Adhere to monthly close process and interpret actual to forecast variance analysis on billings and revenue.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc requests, analysis, and reports.
  • Assist with driving consistency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ensure day-to-day operational financial processes run smoothly while supporting continuous process improvements.
  • Act as a key partner in financial planning, helping refine forecasts and validate business assumptions.
  • Partner with Finance and Data & Analytics team to develop insightful reports and dashboards for management.
  • Ensure conformance to corporate policies including Revenue Recognition and Ethics, along with all other company procedures.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across finance and business teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau experience a plus).
