Hours: East Coast Time Zone, 40 hours per week

Experience: 1-2 Years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to work directly with the Director of Finance and VP of Finance to administer Vena software. This is a remote role with quarterly in-person meetings preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of financial analysis experience and a background in accounting. You will primarily work with Vena to manage back-office functions and support regional offices. This position offers great opportunities for growth as the Finance team continues to expand and intends to promote a Financial Analyst within only one or two years!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze financial data using Vena.
• Oversee back-office functions related to financial management.
• Support and provide insights into the financial performance of 90 offices with individual P&L statements.
• Perform financial analysis including CapEx assessments and budget reviews.
• Assist in understanding spending and provide recommendations.
• Dig into P&L statements to support regional offices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis.
• Experience with Vena software (Implementation experience preferred)
• Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries.
• Familiarity with Vena Growth Engine software.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and deadlines.
