Segra is seeking a qualified Financial Analyst I to join our Dallas, TX (Plano) office in a full-time capacity. The role supports monthly financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, partnering with department leaders to manage budgets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting/finance or related field and at least 1 year of accounting/financial analysis experience; telecom experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in accounting or financial analysis; telecom knowledge preferred.
• Ability to structure and analyze financial data with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication with Finance and stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-starter with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Moderate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (D365, Power BI) a plus.

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Financial Analyst I to join us in a full-time capacity in our Dallas, TX (Plano) office.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Financial Analyst I supports the monthly financial analysis and reporting, the company's planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, working with department leaders to help them manage their budgets and KPIs. incumbent contributes detailed, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, while also being an effective partner to department leaders and other key stakeholders in the business.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or other relevant area.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis or other relevant area. Telecom industry knowledge or experience preferred.
• Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance team members and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and pride in quality of work product
• Self-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn from those around them
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience working in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. D365, Power BI) a plus
