Drive Social Media LLC in Saint Louis is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the finance team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, GAAP, and reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP.
• Ability to conduct audits and create comprehensive financial reports.
• Experience with business performance metrics including revenue per head, cost efficiency, and P&L analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current financial data to estimate future revenues and expenditures.
• Prepare and review financial statements, operating records, and profit plans to assess organizational health.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, financial and tax planning, and cost control.
• Consolidation and auditing, evaluate capital expenditures and ROI.
• Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings through detailed reviews.
• Develop financial models and provide recommendations on budgets and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and advise leadership on financial policies and best practices.
