7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst in the United States to support project profitability tracking, budget variance analysis, and cash flow modeling. You will work with management and outsourced partners to maintain accurate project financial data and assist with invoicing, AP/AR, and state compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting or financial analysis, a bachelor's in accounting/finance, and strong Excel and QuickBooks Online skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, or bookkeeping.
• Experience with government contracting (GovCon) ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support project profitability tracking, budget variance analysis, cash flow modeling, and reconciliations.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile project data with accounting records and maintain audit documentation.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze financial results against budgets.
• Support DCAA compliance tracking and year-end corporate audits.
