Job summary

7Seventy in the United States is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to improve financial operations across the organization. You will focus on budgeting, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvements within the Finance department.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, at least 3 years in accounting/finance, and strong experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) and data tools like Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Finance department processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial data, reports, and projections.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and compliance activities.
• Support review of monthly trial balances, reconciliations, and account trends prior to financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and year-end financial activities as needed.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support annual budget preparation.
• Collaborate with programmatic and operational teams to improve Finance department workflows.
• Support day-to-day Finance operations, including data analysis, reporting, and cross-department communication.
