IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant to optimize manufacturing costs across 22 facilities in North America.

The role combines hands-on cost accounting with FP&A to standardize tracking, identify variances, and support strategic plant decisions using JDE ERP. The successful candidate will manage intercompany transfer pricing, strengthen financial workflows, and build KPI dashboards to evaluate plant profitability while collaborating with corporate finance for

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CMA, CPA, or CFA designation is highly preferred.
3–5 years of cost accounting or financial analysis in manufacturing.
Experience with JDE ERP; advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Reports Now is an asset.

Aufgaben

Maintain and update standard costs across 22 facilities.
Oversee standard inventory valuation and annual physical counts.
Audit BOMs and routing for accurate costing.
Update intercompany transfer pricing across 22 plants.
