CoStar Group is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst for Arlington, VA, to join the Business Unit Finance Team. You will model revenues and expenses, forecast performance, and deliver insights to guide strategic decisions.

This role collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive FP&A experience, strong financial modeling, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, with exposure to SaaS metrics and budgeting processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required from accredited program.
• 8+ years FP&A, finance, analytics, or sales ops; or 6+ with MBA.
• Forecast revenue and financial performance using data insights.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts and maintain forecasts in the budgeting system.
• Analyze revenue drivers including SaaS metrics and sales productivity to guide strategy.
• Prepare actionable reporting and insights for leadership to assess performance against objectives.
• Maintain customer analysis, TAM sizing and campaign performance.
• Support design of management presentations for quarterly reviews and strategic decisions.
