Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support for BTS within CIO, including Cybersecurity and Nutrition areas.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, headcount analysis, capital planning, and expense control.
• Lead monthly close with journal entries, analysis, and system-wide reviews.
• Analyze performance and report actuals vs budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, executive presentations, and packages.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
• Support quarterly LBE forecasting cycles and ongoing planning processes.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed.

Duration: 1 year

Our client is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst – FP&A to support the Business & Technology Services (BTS) organization within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role will provide financial planning and analysis support, drive budgeting and forecasting activities, perform financial reporting, and deliver insights that support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis, with the ability to partner with business leaders and communicate financial insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide FP&A support for the Business & Technology Services organization, including Cybersecurity and Nutrition business areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion Essbase, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment and effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience supporting technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or large corporate environments.
• Experience developing dashboards, financial models, and executive-level reporting.
