Responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts and analyze trends related to sales, finance, and general business conditions.
• Analyze financial information and provide recommendations to help improve the company’s financial position.
• Prepare and compile data for journal entries.
• Review general ledger accounts and related financial statements for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial information used in the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports, and taxes.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and potential financial issues through data analysis.
• Collect and evaluate data, establish facts, and draw appropriate conclusions.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and other financial documentation.
• Communicate financial information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Follow established company financial procedures, policies, and internal controls.
• Comply with company safety, health, and security policies.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
