The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and a focus on improving controls and financial planning. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to executives.

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking with proactive business-unit engagement.

• Perform financial and business analyses and research including forecasts and trend analyses.
