About the Role

The Financial Analyst – FP&A and Costing supports core financial functions such as Costing & Pricing, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Reporting. The role partners with the Finance Leadership Team in areas like Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Team Development, and corporate administration.

Experience/Skills Required

• 2-4 years of data analytics and financial analysis and modeling
• 2 years of experience identifying trends and gaps
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, advanced graphing, data tables, and excellent organizational skills

Preferred Experience

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in:

• Financial and Cost Accounting
• Budgeting and forecasting expenses
• Software: Oracle Financials (preferred), SAP, JD Edwards, ADP
• Report writing and data extraction tools such as ADP, Budget Maestro, Cyber Query
• Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

The position includes:

• Analyzing financial reports, comparing results, trend analysis, risk and opportunity identification, product cost and margin analysis, and developing reporting templates and KPIs
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department managers, reforecasting overheads, and supporting month-end and year-end closing
• Supporting strategic initiatives, business case development, product costing, and inter-company transfer pricing
• Maintaining knowledge of organizational activities and operational impacts on financial performance
• Supporting internal controls and long-term financial planning
• Proposing process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

About the Department

The Finance department, overseen by the CFO, includes Revenue Accounting, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, FP&A, Costing, and Oracle Financial System Support, responsible for strategic financial insights and critical processes.
