HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Government Accounting team. This remote position requires organization, data analysis skills, and the ability to support various functional areas in a matrixed environment. Join our growing team today!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with U.S. Government rules and regulations within the Mission Technologies Division.
• Participate in producing and maintaining government accounting deliverables: Disclosure Statements, Business Systems reviews, Incurred Cost Submissions, Cost Standards audits, Labor Charging audits, DCAA floor checks.
• Assist in maintaining a comprehensive Government compliance program through coaching, training, and communication to build and improve compliance capabilities.
• Challenge inconsistencies with transparency and collaboration, ensuring full compliance and addressing issues proactively.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years with a Master's; or 10 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
