Job summary

Baxter, a large global healthcare company, is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Financial Development Program (FDP). You will join the finance team, perform monthly and quarterly analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and build financial models to support strategic decisions in a rotational format over three years.

Through three rotations and structured training, you’ll develop your accounting and finance skills while collaborating with global partners.

Qualifications

• GPA ≥ 3.2
• At least 12 accounting credits upon graduation
• Internship/co‑op experience
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Strong technical competencies in Excel, PowerPoint, finance and accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and business drivers; prepare critical financial reporting
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes
• Enable internal decision‑making and investment prioritization via financial models and analytics
• Partner with global teams to ensure accurate/monthly reporting and data consolidation
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements
• Identify and implement process improvements
