Job summary

Grainger’s Financial Development Program (FDP) is a three-year rotational program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals. It combines some remote work with on-site assignments in downtown Chicago and Lake Forest, IL, offering exposure to multiple finance functions.

You will gain hands-on experience in Finance Operations, Financial Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Analytics, and Data Science, with mentorship, onboarding, and structured trainings to develop end-to-end

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Expected graduation by January 2027 or soon after.
• Currently enrolled in college or university or have completed degree with 1–2 years experience.
• No visa sponsorship required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding, development sessions and mentorship.
• Engage in rotations across Finance Operations, Financial Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Analytics and Shared Services.
• Develop skills in data analysis, visualization and end-to-end finance processes.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers across Grainger to drive improvements.
