Job summary

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a Finance Analyst to price booth designs and analyze cost structures for booths, products, and ad-hoc projects in North America. The role requires evaluating pricing and supporting the Finance team with ongoing financial analyses and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting background with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to break down complex designs into actionable cost components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive finance/analysis experience.
• Ability to break down designs into component pieces to determine requirements.
• Construction/reading plans/carpentry background helpful.
• Analytical and change leadership capabilities.
• Strong project/resource management experience.
• Strong financial and operational analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Price out booth designs to determine cost and selling price.
• Analyze pricing of current product offerings.
• Perform ad hoc pricing analysis for North American offerings.
• Support Finance Manager and Director with related duties.

Job description

In this position, the analyst will primarily price out drawings/pictures of booth designs. The analyst will also analyze cost structures of booths, products and ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze booth designs created by the Design team to determine the cost and appropriate selling price of those designs.
• Analyze pricing of current product offerings
• Ad Hoc analysis related to pricing of other product offering for North American.
• Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position by the Finance Manager and Director of Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive finance/analysis experience
• Ability to break down designs into component pieces to determine what is required to construct a project
• Construction/reading plans/carpentry background helpful
• Demonstrated ability to analyze results and determine areas of improvement and causal effects
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects/resources
• Strong financial and operation analysis skills

• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Microsoft Office suite experience to include strong Excel skills
