Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Up to two years of experience preferred.

• Ability to perform non-routine decisions and resolve moderately complex accounting problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare firm economic models to assist in advisor recruiting decisions.
• Prepare compensation pro-formas for recruited advisors as well as internal transfers and advisors exploring other compensation options.
• Prepare management reports for quick review by management.
• Identify costs and develop methodology for accurate allocation across the organization.
• Prepare organization-wide surveys using various financial tools and review results with management.
• Review, evaluate and implement process improvements, as appropriate.
• Coordinate with management on the presentation and preparation of internal management reports.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
