Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Financial Analyst in Roseville, CA to ensure accurate expense processing, deliver precise financial analysis, and support leadership with reporting. You will work with the Finance Manager, VP of Finance, Division President, and Division Controller on divisionwide initiatives and ad hoc analyses.

The role is in-office (Roseville, CA) 5 days a week, with opportunities to streamline processes, improve dashboards, and contribute to the corporate accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience or education.
• Must have financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial projects and initiatives with the Finance Manager and team.
• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly data loads to the financial dashboard with data integrity.
• Prepare land bank takedowns based on forecasting and update monthly cash requirements.
• Prepare profit participations and residuals owed to land sellers.
• Provide financial insights to Lennar stakeholders for data‑driven decisions.
• Identify gaps or redundancies and suggest process improvements.
• Support development and upload of the division's business plan.
• Oversee monthly chargeback allocations for telecom and other costs.
• Reconcile capital assets and depreciation schedules monthly.
• Maintain the allocation database and seek automation opportunities.
• Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals.
