Lennar is seeking a Financial Analyst to ensure accuracy of expenses and deliver precise financial analysis for stakeholders. The role supports accounting analysis and reporting for leadership and Corporate Accounting teams.

The position emphasizes accurate data handling, monthly reconciliations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience or education required.
• Strong financial data analytical skills and ability to prepare high level reports from raw data.
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming invoices and assign costs and GL codes.
• Provide financial insights and documentation to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to approve invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify anomalies in invoices and investigate charges.
• Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals.
