Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Financial Analyst to ensure accuracy of expenses and deliver precise financial analysis for stakeholders. You will support accounting analysis and reporting to leadership and Corporate Accounting teams.

Responsibilities include driving finance projects, supporting divisions with ad hoc analysis, and maintaining dashboards, journals, and asset reconciliations. A strong Excel/ERP skill set and collaboration with management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience or education.
• Strong financial data analytical skills and ability to prepare high level reports from raw data.
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiar with AP/AR functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial projects and initiatives assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Support division-wide financial initiatives and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Prepare weekly/monthly data loads to the financial dashboard.
• Prepare land bank takedowns and update monthly cash requirements.
• Prepare profit participations and residual calculations for land sellers.
• Provide financial insights to Lennar stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
• Identify gaps and improvements in processes and implement changes.
• Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals.
