Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Roseville, CA office, working five days a week in-office. The role supports the Finance Manager, VP of Finance, and Division leadership with data-driven analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities include managing data loads to dashboards, land bank takedowns, rentability calculations, and journal entries. This position requires 4+ years of accounting experience and strong Excel/ERP skills, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting experience or education required.
• Financial data analytical skills and ability to prepare high level reports from raw data.
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Knowledge of AP/AR functions and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial projects and initiatives assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Support division-wide financial initiatives and ad hoc analysis requests with VP of Finance, Division President, and Division Controller.
• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly data loads to the financial dashboard.
• Prepare Land bank takedowns and update monthly Cash Requirement.
• Provide financial insights and documentation to Lennar stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and initiate improvements with the team.
• Oversee monthly chargeback allocations for telecom and other costs.
