Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a finance professional to partner with service leaders across Business Excellence, Technical Solution Center, Education and Regional Service Operations. You will own financial planning, cost center controlling and monthly close, delivering executive reports to support operations.

You will develop capacity planning models to guide staffing, drive efficiency improvements, and monitor DX service portfolio costs with pricing collaboration.

Performs consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements.

This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates located near one of our Siemens Healthineers sites in Cary, NC; Tarrytown, NY; or Malvern, PA.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have completed studies in business or finance
• You have experience in financial analysis and cost center controlling
• You possess strong analytical and financial skills and ability to provide actionable insights
• You have experience with data digitalization, automation and data visualization
• You have good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs, as well as their connection to operational processes and parameters.

• You possess very good user skills in MS Office 365.
• You have good knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools, including Jedox, SAP and other financial reporting systems.
• You are willing to undertake travel activities of approximately 10%.

The base pay range for this position is:

$74,350 - $102,234

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
