Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning, cost center controlling and executive reporting for service functions. You will develop capacity planning models, drive efficiency improvements and collaborate on pricing decisions in a hybrid US role near major sites.

The ideal candidate will have a business/finance background, strong analytical skills, experience with data automation and SAP/Jedox, and willingness to travel about 10%.

Performs consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements. This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates located near one of our Siemens Healthineers sites in Cary, NC; Tarrytown, NY; or Malvern, PA.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You will act as Business Partner to the service leaders of Business Excellence, Technical Solution Center, Education and Regional Service Operations, managing all facets of the day-to-day business
• You will lead the financial controlling and planning processes for your service functions and provide executive level financial reports to your business partners to successfully manage operations
• You will develop capacity planning models to support the service leaders with staffing decisions and determine headcount requirements in line with cost targets
• You will drive service efficiency improvements, evaluate financial viability of cost savings measures and document productivity measures in OPW
• You will develop and monitor costs for the DX service portfolio on an annual and ad-hoc basis and collaborate with Service Marketing on pricing decisions
• You will own the annual service fair value process, including internal controls and external audits
• You will support monthly close activities and ad-hoc requests as needed

The base pay range for this position is: $74,350 - $102,234
