You will develop cash flow models, monitor liquidity, and drive improvements across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and planning systems to ensure data lands pre-validated.

Qualifications

• Proven delegation judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit.
• Knowledge of KY-specific regulations relevant to finance work.
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics.
• Cross-functional ease, from Accruals engineers to Accounts Receivable marketers.
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Frankfort, KY team.
• Lean on Accounts Receivable and General Ledger to automate what used to be manual.
• Knit Workday Adaptive Planning pipelines into the close so data lands pre-validated.
• Reconcile payroll liabilities so the KY filings never bounce.
• Keep the KY property-tax filings ahead of every assessor deadline.
• Steer the hybrid grant reporting that keeps funders confident.
• Price out vendor contracts and surface the savings nobody else spotted.
• Pair General Ledger reporting with Delegation reviews for a tighter feedback loop.
