Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually + bonus opportunity

Position Overview

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Franklin, KY to hire a Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and accounting and wants to do more than simply produce reports.

The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end activities, and strategic initiatives while digging into data to identify trends and help solve business problems.

• Support month-end close through financial analysis and reporting
• Develop Excel-based reports, dashboards, and financial models
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with pricing analysis and strategic business initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a distribution environment
• Power BI or similar reporting/BI experience
• Accounting experience or strong accounting knowledge
• Exposure to product development or product-based organizations
