Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• CPA or Master's in Accounting/Finance a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing with demonstrated strengths in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis to support decision making.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Support accounting close and revenue recognition, including long-term contracts (percentage of completion).
• Maintain internal controls and provide actionable financial insights for leadership.
