JOB SCOPE:

This role directly supports the transformation of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) through the development and implementation of advanced automation and analytics tools. The Analyst will oversee multiple end-to-end automation initiatives, driving measurable improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision-making speed. The role has a broad impact on the organization's ability to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and elevate the strategic value of financial insights.

Job Summary

The Analytics & Automation Financial Analyst is a key player in modernizing our finance function by leveraging technology to streamline and elevate how we analyze, forecast, and report financial data. This role blends technical skills with financial expertise to build scalable automation solutions and advanced analytics tools that improve decision-making and efficiency across the organization. It s about transforming data into action through innovation.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designs, develops, and optimizes Python scripts and SQL queries to automate complex financial processes and enhance data accuracy and efficiency
  • Builds and deploys machine learning models to support predictive financial forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning
  • Leads the end-to-end automation of reporting and analytical workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and turnaround times
  • Architects and maintains robust data pipelines that integrate financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time accessibility
  • Drives the design and implementation of scalable FP&A solutions, aligning tools and models with business objectives and growth strategies
  • Delivers high-impact advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategic financial decisions and business planning
  • Designs dashboards and self-service reporting tools to empower business users with real-time financial insights
  • Monitors and validates data quality and integrity across financial systems and automated workflows
  • Documents and maintains knowledge assets such as process maps, technical specifications, and user guides for tools and automations developed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • 18 years of age or older

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3-4 years of experience in roles combining technical and financial responsibilities
  • Strong foundation in SQL, Python, ML tools, financial systems, RPA, and cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
