Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs, develops, and optimizes Python scripts and SQL queries to automate complex financial processes and enhance data accuracy and efficiency
- Builds and deploys machine learning models to support predictive financial forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Leads the end-to-end automation of reporting and analytical workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and turnaround times
- Architects and maintains robust data pipelines that integrate financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time accessibility
- Drives the design and implementation of scalable FP&A solutions, aligning tools and models with business objectives and growth strategies
- Delivers high-impact advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategic financial decisions and business planning
- Designs dashboards and self-service reporting tools to empower business users with real-time financial insights
- Monitors and validates data quality and integrity across financial systems and automated workflows
- Documents and maintains knowledge assets such as process maps, technical specifications, and user guides for tools and automations developed
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-4 years of related experience
- 18 years of age or older
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience in roles combining technical and financial responsibilities
- Strong foundation in SQL, Python, ML tools, financial systems, RPA, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
