What You'll Do

As a new grad software engineer, you'll join our small but high-performing engineering team to build and scale the core infrastructure that powers our AI products. You'll work closely with senior engineers and the founding team on projects that ship fast and make a real impact.

You'll:

• Build backend services and APIs for data ingestion, job matching, and user automation
• Write Python code to process large-scale datasets (MongoDB, Snowflake, Zilliz)
• Develop tools that automate and optimize workflows for job seekers
• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD workflows
• Analyze product usage and improve features based on user feedback and growth data

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

• Recently graduated with a CS, EE, Math, or related technical degree
• Have solid Python skills and familiarity with SQL
• Are excited about fast-paced startup environments and building from 0→1
• Care deeply about user experience and product impact
• Have some familiarity (or strong interest) in generative AI, cloud infra, or data pipelines
