This financial analyst role within Vespyr and Aurologistics focuses on payable processing, GL review, cost rationalisation, and MIS reporting. Responsibilities include payment coordination, monthly reporting deliverables, and collaboration with the Global Shared Service team in India.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of AP or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in Oracle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounts payable with Global Shared Service based out of India.
• Review AP payments and obtain controller approval to process payments.
• Cut checks and mail to vendors after sign-off.
• Reconcile AP ageing with GL.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in month-end closing.
