Job summary

Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager, Revenue Reporting to lead GTN forecasting and net revenue analysis for its US generics portfolio.

You will manage accruals for chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid, and other deductions, and oversee month-end close and variance analyses with SOX controls. The role requires strong Excel skills, cross-functional collaboration with Pricing, Contracts, and Market Access teams, and hands-on experience with ERP and BI tools to develop GTN dashboards

Qualifications

• Experienced Finance Manager with expertise in US Generics GTN revenue accounting, forecasting, accrual management, and net sales reporting within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in managing complex GTN deductions, including chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid, admin fees, returns, and price protection programs.
• Skilled in variance analysis and cross-functional business partnering with Pricing, Contracts, Market Access, Commercial, and Government Pricing teams.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop credibility and forge relationships with peers and upper management.

Responsibilities

• GTN Forecasting & Revenue Management: manage end-to-end GTN forecasting and analyze gross sales to determine net sales projections.
• Financial Close & Reporting: lead month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analytics & Systems: develop GTN dashboards, improve automation, and work with ERP and BI tools.
• Compliance & Controls: ensure SOX controls and IND AS/US GAAP revenue recognition compliance.
• Collaboration: work with Pricing, Contracts, Market Access, and Government Pricing teams.
