Job summary

Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. is hiring a Financial Analyst to handle accounts payable, AR, and GL duties within Vespyr and Aurologistics.

The role focuses on payable processing, GL review, cost rationalisation, and management accounting, with monthly reporting deliverables and close coordination with Shared Service in India. The position reports to the Finance Controller of the Vespyr and involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent
• Minimum two years of AP or manufacturing accounting experience
• Competency in MS Office programs
• Experience in Oracle
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accounts payable with Global Shared Service in India and ensure proper approvals
• Review AP payments and obtain controller review before processing
• Cut checks, sign and mail payments to vendors
• Maintain AP aging and ensure no past-due invoices
• Reconcile AP aging with GL and assist in reimbursements
• Coordinate with sales, R&D, and other teams for approvals
• Review AR collections and maintain clean AR aging
• Assist in GL month-end close and provide supporting documentation for audits
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support operations budget and forecasts
• Support audit activities and prepare financial statements
