Job summary

Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Vespyr and Aurologistics teams in New Jersey. The role focuses on payable processing, GL review, cost rationalisation, and MIS reporting, with monthly reporting deadlines and coordination with global shared service.

Responsibilities span AP, AR, and general ledger activities, supporting month-end close and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of AP or manufacturing accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in Oracle desired.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables: coordinate with Shared Service, approve GL codes, process payments and maintain AP aging.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor collections and reconcile AR with GL.
• General Ledger: assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement production.
• Management Accounting: prepare MIS reports and support budget, forecasting and cost reduction efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and other teams for approvals and information.
