Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, manage cash position and investments, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audits. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, and at least two years in a financial institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Two years' experience in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills are a must.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of accounting transactions, debits, credits, GL entries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash position, liquidity needs, and investments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and external financial reporting processes.
• Assist with ALM inputs and related analysis.
• Support CECL and allowance reporting and reconciliations.
• Participate in regulatory exams and audits.
• Reconcile investment portfolio and update monthly reporting.
