HRCap, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to bridge core banking operations and corporate strategy, building predictive forecasting models and leading enterprise portfolio optimization.

You will design complex multi-year forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and support capital allocation decisions. The role requires a finance or quantitative degree, advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools; familiarity with ERP systems and Basel III/CCAR knowledge is a plus; strong communication in English; full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• Progress toward CFA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Advanced technical skill in constructing multi-variable financial models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and stress-test dynamic financial models (DCF, three-statement) to forecast revenues and expenditures.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses and identify revenue leakage and cost drivers.
• Evaluate lending portfolios, perform ALM assessments, and build cost-benefit frameworks for large investments.
• Translate financial data into executive dashboards and board-ready reports for C-suite stakeholders.

We are seeking an analytical, highly rigorous Financial Analyst to bridge the gap between core banking operations and corporate financial strategy, building predictive forecasting models and leading enterprise portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Predictive Forecasting: Design, build, and stress-test complex dynamic financial models (DCF, three-statement, scenario analyses) to forecast revenues, corporate expenditures, and capital adequacy under various market conditions.
• Variance Analysis & Performance Stewardship: Conduct deep-dive monthly and quarterly variance analyses (Budget vs. Actual), isolating key operational cost drivers, identifying revenue leakage, and delivering margin optimization insights.
• Capital Allocation & Profitability Evaluation: Evaluate institutional commercial lending portfolios, perform asset-liability management (ALM) assessments, and build cost-benefit frameworks for large-scale corporate investments.
• Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Delivery: Translate granular financial datasets into clear, actionable executive dashboards and board-ready reports for business unit leaders, risk officers, and C-suite stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education & Domain Expertise: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field. Progress toward or completion of a CFA charter or CPA designation is highly desirable.
• Financial Modeling Mastery: Advanced technical skill in constructing dynamic, multi-variable financial models from scratch with flawless logic, including automated scenario selectors and sensitivity tables.
• Advanced Data Querying & Analytics: Expert-level command of Microsoft Excel (mastery of nested formulas, Power Query, and basic VBA macros) paired with practical proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating raw transactional data from core banking systems.
• Enterprise Systems & BI Tools: Hands-on capability deploying automated corporate dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, alongside experience working inside large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) suites (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Anaplan).
• Banking Metrics & Regulatory Frameworks: Strong working knowledge of banking-specific performance indicators (NIM, ROA, ROE, efficiency ratios) and a foundational understanding of financial compliance guidelines (Basel III, CCAR).
• Global Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus given our deeply integrated global client portfolios.
