Responsibilities:

• Performs independent reviews and analysis of financial data in support of the various finance functions.
• Exercises knowledge in the application of accounting principles and technical expertise in financial analysis.
• Analyze major financial statement lines for reasonableness and variances to prior year activity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepares accounting records and financial statements for audit.
• Analyzes and interprets data, statistics, and financial information. Identifies significant differences in relationships among sources of information.
• Conducts specialized financial analysis and research on subjects such as rate of return, working capital, financial and expense performance comparison, and cash administration.
• Prepares reports, providing information related to analyses performed.
• As assigned, assumes responsibility for special projects involving research and planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in finance functional area and less than 1 year of related experience required
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
