Our Client is seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Analyst with at least 8 years of experience in financial reporting and analytics, strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for management. This role can be based in our Palo Alto, CA location, or based remotely in the US.

Our Client is a leading space infrastructure company that builds spacecraft, connects networks, and operates infrastructure-as-a-service for commercial, civil, and national security customers. With a proven track record across the space domain, the Company, through organic growth and portfolio expansion, has built over 300 spacecraft, delivered over 260 kilograms of payload to the lunar surface, and provided precision navigation expertise that has guided spacecraft across our solar system.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain weekly/monthly financial reports, management reports, and performance dashboards.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial reporting and financial analytics.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, nested formulas).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
