This role is responsible for supporting the managing general agency with timely and accurate general ledger accounting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting duties with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support accounting projects and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Partner with team members to identify process improvements and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Provide analytical insights and support decision-making across the accounting function.
