Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Sales & Marketing finance team. You will develop models, analyze data, and support consolidation and reporting for the business.

The role is hybrid with in-office Mon-Wed and remote Thu-Fri. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years of experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of financial, budgeting or forecasting analysis experience.
• Proven ability to source, analyze and interpret large data sets and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast process and improve related workflows.
• Assist with the annual budget process and periodic reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support Sales & Marketing financial decisions.

The Financial Analyst will leverage financial, systems and analytical proficiency to create financial models, systems and processes to support the in-depth consolidation, analysis and reporting of potentially all aspects of the Tavel + Leisure Co. Sales & Marketing business model. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.How You'll Shine:Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process through identification and implementation of process improvements leveraging technological and system solutions to drive efficiencies, validation of key inputs and communication with key business partnersSupport recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverablesSupport the annual budget processAd hoc analysis as needed related to any aspect of the Tavel + Leisure Co.
