Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will build and maintain financial models in Excel, analyze variances, and provide reporting to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience.
• Hands-on modeling and analytics for budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience with ERP planning tools (Hyperion or Workday).
• Real-world examples in fast-paced environments with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This person will build and maintain financial models in Excel, analyze actuals versus forecasts, identify trends and variances, and provide reporting to help guide business decisions. They’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, proactively communicate financial insights, and leverage Oracle Hyperion or Workday for planning and reporting activities. This role will become permanent so long as expectations are met in the first 6 months. This resource can sit fully remote on the East Coast.
