Job summary

AMBRION, based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, seeks an early‑career finance professional to work directly with the CFO and help build the FP&A function. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with cash forecasting, financial modeling, M&A integration, and executive/PE reporting while leveraging AI to automate and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years of finance experience.
• Experience with FP&A, financial modeling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise FP&A platform architecture, data hierarchies, and AI features.
• Coordinate financial integration workflows for newly acquired entities to standardize operational data.
• Construct automated executive dashboards and reporting views using advanced business intelligence tools.
• Own three‑statement rolling financial models and short‑term 13‑week cash liquidity forecasting.
• Collaborate with department managers to assemble annual operating budgets and normalized EBITDA adjustments.
• Embed complex cost‑allocation methodologies directly into automated forecasting models across divisions.
• Update long‑term strategic financial planning models to reflect growth targets and capital structure.
• Track standalone post‑acquisition earn‑out metrics to ensure precise calculation of performance payouts.
• Deliver monthly executive reporting packages, EBITDA bridges, and debt compliance documentation to lenders.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
