Qualifications

Summary

The Financial Analyst at the US headquarters in Miami is responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, monthly reporting and P&L consolidation for the Americas. The role supports marketing and wholesale financial control, prepares sales and sell-out reports, and builds dashboards to track key performance indicators. The position requires strong accounting and Excel skills, experience with reporting systems and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams while integrating commercial and creative insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial analysis and reporting versus forecasts, and present monthly reviews to management and HQ.
• Support marketing and wholesale controlling including tracking marketing expenses, approving supplier invoices and analyzing variances vs budget.
• Prepare daily sales reports, publish monthly net sales, and reconcile data across ERP, Power BI and POS systems.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for Sales, Marketing, CAPEX and Operations.
• Prepare monthly close entries related to net sales and marketing and report full P&L into the LVMH consolidation system for legal entities.
• Coordinate budgeting and planning processes, import budget files into consolidation systems and ensure alignment with HQ guidelines.
• Manage CAPEX budgeting and spending follow-up for corners and shop-in-shops and coordinate depreciation schedules with Accounting.
• Monitor customer aged balances, review blocked orders and provide credit control recommendations; lead ad-hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting or controlling, preferably within luxury goods or retail.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience preparing monthly close entries and P&L reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI; familiarity with ERP and POS systems.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation systems and CAPEX tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication and team leadership skills with the ability to present financial reviews to management and HQ.
• Commercial awareness of sales and marketing processes; preferred interest or background in fashion, music or related creative fields.
