Compensation

• Base pay starting between $66,300 and $82,900 per year

Job Duties

The Financial Analyst provides critical support to the finance team by conducting detailed financial analysis and management reporting to guide business decision-making. This roleis responsible foranalyzing financial data (as well as upstream indicators of that data), preparing forecasts, andidentifyingtrends to help achieve the company’s financial goals. The Financial Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, develop budgets, and create insightful management reports.

Essential (Primary) Functions:

• Insights into actions, whereby financial & operational metrics are explored/interpreted & engaged with others to improve business performance.
• Regularly prepare a suite of reports for management review including managerial financial statements, bridging, among others.
• Collaborate with broader finance, operations teams, and key stakeholders to ensureaccuratefinancial reporting and storytelling.
• Partner with others in the administration of an EPM system, OneStream.
• Develop financial models and projections to support budgeting, investment, and strategic planning processes.
• Assistin ad hoc financial projects, presentations, and analyses as requested by management.
