We are partnering with a growing, well-established organization seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join its Finance team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience, preferably within a larger organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Planful.
• Experience supporting operational or business‑unit financial performance.
