Convergint is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will manage data flows into Spectrum ERP and Prophix reporting, support budgeting cycles, and provide insights from financial analysis to drive business decisions.

The role requires a solid foundation in financial statements, general ledger, and strong Excel/Office skills. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment with a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of financial information analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and other financial reporting software.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the general ledger.
• Solid planning and organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the flow of financial and operational data into the ERP System (Spectrum) and reporting consolidation product (Prophix).
• Support the semi-annual budgeting process and consolidation of global data.
• Analyze information to provide observations and suggestions for business purposes.
